Manuela Uribe art advisor in Miami

MANUELA URIBE

ART ADVISOR  |  MIAMI & SOUTH FLORIDA

617-669-2698

Holding a degree in Art History from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago (SAIC), Manuela specialized in Postmodern and Contemporary Latin American Art, building a foundation rooted in academic rigor and critical engagement with the field. Her entry into art advising came early through formative internships at a Bogotá-based firm, where she learned to bridge scholarly theory with the practical demands of the industry.

Following graduation, Manuela gained editorial experience at a renowned Colombian gallery before joining an art advisory firm in Boston, where she first crossed paths with Astrid. After several years of close collaboration, she joined Astrid's firm as Art Advisor. Now based in Miami, she oversees the company's South Florida operations and continues to expand its network across the region and beyond.

Shaped by a life of movement and cross-cultural exchange — having lived in eight cities across Mexico, Chile, Panama, Colombia, and the United States — Manuela brings a distinctly multicultural lens to evaluating artworks and curating collections. She remains committed to fostering lasting relationships with artists and galleries in the U.S. and abroad, grounded in a deep appreciation for diversity and representation, always in service of her clients' visions.
